At LOOM TREASURE, we strive to provide high-quality rugs and carpets to our customers. We understand that there may be situations where you need to return a product or seek a refund. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the guidelines and procedures for returning items and seeking refunds.

Eligibility for Returns :


To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition.
The return request must be initiated within 30 days of the original purchase date.
The item must be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.


Non-eligible Items :


The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
Custom-made or personalized items.
Clearance or final sale items.


Return Process :


To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Contact our customer support team to notify them of your return request.
Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
Our customer support team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Carefully package the item(s) to be returned, including all original packaging materials.
Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package.
Ship the item(s) back to the address provided by our customer support team using a trackable shipping method.


Return Shipping Costs :


The customer is responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning the item(s) unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

Refund Process :


Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process the refund. The refund will be issued using the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item(s). Please note that the refund amount will exclude any original shipping charges unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Damaged or Defective Items :


If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly. Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, exchange, or refund for the damaged or defective item.

Refunds for Gift Orders :


If you received an item as a gift and would like to return it for a refund, we will issue the refund to the original purchaser using the original payment method.

Cancellations :


If you need to cancel an order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been shipped, we will cancel it and provide a full refund. If the order has already been shipped, you will need to follow the standard return process outlined above.
